General Assembly Meeting

The Management Board of the BULGARIAN-ROMANIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE hereby convenes a General Meeting of the Chamber's members on June 5, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., in Sofia, at the Grand Hotel Millennium, with the following AGENDA:

1. Report of the Management Board on the activities of the Chamber since the previous General Meeting, report of the Control Board, and discharge of the Management Board members from liability for their activities during the reporting period;
2. Adoption of the annual financial report of the Chamber for the year 2024;
3. Amendment of the membership fees of the Chamber;
4. Changes in the composition of the Management Board;
5. Amendments to the Statute of the Chamber, including the term of office of the Management Board members;
6. Miscellaneous.

Registration of members and authorized representatives will begin at 9:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting.
Registration will be carried out upon presentation of an identity document and, in the case of representatives, a written power of attorney.

In the absence of a quorum, pursuant to Article 27 of the Law on Non-Profit Legal Entities, the meeting shall be held on the same day, one hour later — at 10:30 a.m. — at the same location and with the same agenda, regardless of the number of members present.

All members are invited to attend. If unable to do so, they may be represented by an authorized person holding a written power of attorney.
The written materials related to the agenda of the General Meeting are available to members at the Chamber's headquarters.
