ATARO GROUP is a Bulgarian industrial group with more than 36 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, installation and service of technical systems, HVAC installations, energy solutions and sheet metal products.
The company’s history began in 1990 with ATARO CLIMA specializing in the installation of ventilation and air conditioning systems. Today, it offers the design and implementation of comprehensive systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and BMS. Our portfolio of projects featuring complete solutions includes iconic hotels in the city centers of Paris, London, and Amsterdam.
Today, the group brings together ATARO CLIMA, ELLON, ATARO SOLAR and TECHNA - companies that together provide complete capacity: from engineering concept and in-house production to installation, service, logistics and long-term support.
With approximately 750 employees and around 60,000 sq.m of covered production, warehouse and administrative area, ATARO GROUP combines the stability of a large industrial structure with the flexibility of a partner that understands every detail of a project.
Through ELLON and ATARO SOLAR, the group develops solutions for photovoltaic parks, rooftop solar systems, mounting structures, biogas installations, cable trays, electrical cabinets and metal structures for energy infrastructure. Within this division, the group is also expanding towards more specialised solutions, including electricity column/ iron-grid poles and structures for electrical distribution networks.
TECHNA completes the group as a modern manufacturing division for sheet metal processing - laser cutting, CNC punching, bending, welding, powder coating, assembly and logistics. The company works on individual parts and prototypes, as well as serial production for Bulgarian and European clients.
The membership in the Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce is a natural step towards a stronger regional presence, because Romania as a close and strategically important market with real potential for partnerships in construction, industry, energy and manufacturing.
