RENTEX GROUP is a Bulgarian holding that brings together 5 independent companies in the field of construction machinery and power tools. Founded in 2007, the Group is the first of its kind in Bulgaria, offering both sales and rental services. The team includes over 90 employees working across 10 locations in the country, including five of the largest cities: Sofia, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Bourgas, and Varna. RENTEX GROUP employs more than 30 service and repair specialists and over 20 sales representatives, generating an annual turnover of €10 million. The holding partners with all major construction and industrial construction companies in the country, serving more than 30,000 clients — both B2B and B2C.

The Companies
RENTEX is the first and largest independent Bulgarian company and the second-largest machinery and power tools rental company in the country. RENTEX offers the widest variety of machinery on the Bulgarian market, including breaker hammers, tamping rammers, industrial generators, compressors, scissor lifts, forklifts, telehandlers, excavators, bulldozers, and more. Clients can choose from 400 heavy machines and 1,200 small machines and power tools. The company employs 50 people and has an annual turnover of €3 million.

CIMEX is their own brand for light construction machinery. The company is the first and largest retailer of construction machinery in Bulgaria. Its portfolio includes over 250 machines and tools aimed at professionals and semi-professionals in the construction sector: tamping rammers, generators, saws, water pumps, professional vacuum cleaners, garden tools, and many more. The company employs 30 people and generates an annual turnover of €3 million.

While mainly focused on B2C, it also serves B2B clients from the construction sector.
