22 years of the Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce: connecting businesses and communities
Today (September 10th) the Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce (BRCC) celebrates 22 years since its establishment. Founded in 2003 in Ruse by 31 managers, today the organization is a proven partner for companies from various sectors, which are seeking new opportunities in both markets.
Sustainable growth of the members
Today, BRCC has over 140 members. These are not just some names on a list, but high-profile companies with a stable presence and developed business in Bulgaria and Romania, which are looking for new horizons on both sides of the Danube. They have joined the Chamber because of their clear interest in the opposite market and our partner network.

The fact that over 80% of the companies joining the Chamber continue their membership long-term is a clear sign of the trust and added value that the BRCC brings.
Events and initiatives
We organize and conduct over 15 events annually for companies from the Bulgarian-Romanian community – business forums, networking formats, trainings and information campaigns. They enable companies not only to exchange experience and contacts, but also to create sustainable partnerships.

We also have a social mission – Bulgarian-Romanian Children's Fund
Since 2017, the Chamber has also been developing the Bulgarian-Romanian Children's Fund - an initiative that supports joint health, educational and cultural projects for children and youth from both sides of the Danube. Over the years, many friendships have been created thanks to the fund. All of them happened during the various initiatives we implemented - children's holidays, familiarization with the culture and traditions of the neighboring country, searching for Easter treasures, caroling, etc.
