General Assembly invitation to the members of the Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber
The Managing Board of the Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry invites its companies-members to a General Meeting, which will take place on September 29th 2020, at 2 PM, in Ruse, Teodora Pallace hotel, 133 Bulgaria blvd.
The agenda includes:
- Report of the Managing Board on the activity of BRCCI for the period since the previous General Assembly;
- Report of the Control Council;
- Adopting the organisation's annual financial report for 2019;
- Introducing the new members of the Chamber;
- Miscellaneous – discussing current matters.
The official invitation is available here. Companies can confirm their participation in the event by filling in the registration form in Bulgarian or in Romanian.
If the representative of the company-member can't personally attend the meeting, he or she may authorize a representative via an authorization letter, for which notarization is not necessary.
If there is no quorum, pursuant to Art. 27 of the Law on Non-profit Legal Entities, the meeting will take place on the same day, one hour after the announced time - at 3 PM, in the same place and with the same agenda, regardless of the number of attending members.
As a continuation of the General Assembly, the Chamber is organising a virtual networking session with members and partners from both sides of the Danube.
