Partnership for training under the "New Skills" procedure
Most of you are likely familiar with the "New Skills" grant scheme announced a few days ago, which funds a variety of training and employee development opportunities.
For all companies planning to apply with project proposals, we offer a partnership to conduct training sessions on various topics, which our Professional Training Center (authorized by NAPOO) can organize for you.
We structure the training with a strong practical focus and can tailor it to the specific sector in which your company operates, the specific needs, and the knowledge level of both employees and management teams. Our trainers are professionals with significant real-world experience. For many of the programs, we also have the ability to transfer European experience through the projects we have implemented.
We can prepare training programs in the following areas:
● Key language skills:
- Romanian language – beginner and business Romanian for advanced students
- Business English, correspondence, and communication skills for transactions and business negotiations
● Management of international trade transactions (for teams involved in export marketing and sales on foreign markets);
● Training in SRE technologies, management, and monitoring of energy systems (for companies in the SRE sector, engineering staff, and management teams of companies implementing similar technologies. This is offered through our partners at the Solar Academy);
● Technologies for energy efficiency in buildings, NET-ZERO buildings (for construction and design firms, as well as engineering and management teams in companies);
● Digital technologies applicable in manufacturing – digital twins, 3D printing, IoT, AI, VR/XR, cybersecurity (for production directors and IT managers in companies);
● Diversity management and intergenerational mentoring in the workplace (for HR teams);
● Hybrid team management and inclusive leadership for remote work (for HR teams).
