Gugushev & Partners Law Offive was honored with the “Deal of the Year” award at the 13th National Justice Awards. The ceremony took place on January 16, 2026, at the Marinela Hotel in Sofia.
The award was presented for the firm’s legal advisory work to the Romanian leader in assisted reproduction, Embryos Fertility Clinic, in connection with the acquisition of a majority stake in the Sofia-based Adella Fertility Clinic. The team, led by Attorney Dimitrinka Metodieva and Attorney Viktor Gugushev, provided comprehensive legal support - from in-depth legal due diligence to the completion of the transaction documentation.

It represents the first cross-border consolidation of its kind in the medical sector in the Balkans, creating a regional platform for reproductive health.
