We do extensive interviews with our clients to fully understand how they currently work, what are their goals and what are their greatest hurdles. Then we research similar business cases and existing solutions, existing industry standards and best practices that can be used and propose the specific technical implementation. Sometimes the final solution needs several recursions of this process until everybody is confident in the end result. The development process follows the Agile methodology keeping the product owner informed and in control. We are not afraid to change specifications ad-hoc if this would better the final result. We help to test the systems and train the operators before the deployment, so that everybody involved is fully prepared. Also, after the deployment we stay with our customers, fixing, optimizing and further extending their systems as their needs and goals extend and develop.

BUSINESS CASES

CONSORTIUM SEK is a group of companies covering multiple consulting services for the building industry. The consortium includes a publishing house with a market price research branch that publishes periodic price reference books used by thousands of investors and building companies. RELISTIX build a data management system with web interface, that allows: data collection and management, data export for print, subscription and user management, subscribers' access to multiple data catalogues on-line from anywhere.

Thanks to this system SEK is able to manage their databases effectively with minimal efforts and costs. Additionally, the structured data and flexible web services allow development of new offerings for the businesses, like customer catalogues with functionality to prepare and manage price offers to end clients, API access for banks, insurance companies and other customers allowing the data to be used in their internal valuation systems. CASHWAVE was founded in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2012 with the aim to develop technology solutions for the Gift Card and Rewards industries. In 2016 CASHWAVE successfully launched its B2B eGift Cards (eCodes) distribution platform developed by RELISTIX. They offer branded, closed loop eGift Cards issued by leading retailers across Europe.

The custom developed platform is based on web services and allows management of the complete business process from purchasing, order acceptance and execution up to invoicing and payment. This system with the implemented process automation allows a small team to manage turnover of more than 1 million Euro monthly, serving business partners and end customers in more than 25 countries in Europe and the USA. In 2021 RELISTIX started activities in the field of engineering marketing under the trade name TechInfo®. Currently, TechInfo® works as a specialized agency and offers marketing services to companies in the engineering, technology, industrial, construction and manufacturing sectors.
